Booking

How do I book a ticket?
Browse events on the homepage or category pages, click on the event you want, choose your ticket type and quantity, fill in your details, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a QR code e-ticket instantly.
Can I choose my own seat?
Yes! Events with interactive seat maps let you pick your exact seat. Look for the "🪑 Choose Seats" badge on event cards. Once you select seats, they are reserved for you during checkout.
Do I need to create an account to book?
You can book as a guest by entering your name, email, and phone number. However, creating a free account lets you view your full booking history, download past tickets, and check out faster.
How many tickets can I book at once?
You can book up to 10 tickets per transaction. For bulk bookings (groups, corporate events), please contact us directly via the Contact page.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, eZ Cash, and mCash — all processed securely through PayHere, Sri Lanka's leading payment gateway.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through PayHere which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
Will I be charged any booking fees?
The price shown on the event page is the final price. Any applicable service fees are included and clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

E-Tickets

How do I receive my ticket?
Your e-ticket with a unique QR code is generated immediately after payment. You can download and print it, or simply show the QR code on your phone at the venue entrance.
I lost my ticket — what do I do?
Log in to your account and go to My Account → My Bookings. You can view and re-download all your past tickets at any time. If you booked as a guest, contact us with your booking reference number.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers are at the discretion of the event organiser. For most events, the QR code can be used by anyone who presents it. Please check the specific event's terms for transfer restrictions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by event. Most tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
